This workshop will cover the process & strategies for effectively attracting and retaining employees for your business or organization. Who you should hire and the steps to take before you hire them. The speaker for this workshop will be Jim Hubbard, which he is NW Indiana’s Co-Chair of the chapter. He has been a SCORE mentor for 9 years, is a Human Resources executive with extensive experience in domestic & international HR, labor relations, executive education & coaching, employee training & development from a 40-year career with Brunswick Corporation.
