Leadership Northwest Indiana (LNI)

Leadership Northwest Indiana (LNI) is our premiere leadership program here at the Leadership Institute. The program offers a deep dive into the fundamentals of leadership. Participants can expect to walk away from the LNI experience with a clear understanding of their personal leadership style and being well equipped with a toolbox of powerful skills. The program consists of 8 monthly in-person interactive workshops held on the PNW Westville campus. Led by experts from the Purdue Northwest College of Business, the program includes instruction and activities, a 360-leadership assessment, custom one-on-one coaching, all learning materials, as well as breakfast and lunch. All sessions will be half day, from 8:30 am to 12 pm.
