ISBDC: The Basics of AI for Small Businesses

January 17 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm CST

Business Plan, Government Contracting, Internet/Web Training, Managing a Business, Online Training, Selling to Government, Woman-owned Businesses

In this course, small business owners will learn how to use AI/ChatGPT in a practical way to work faster and more efficiently. We will briefly discuss the technology behind the tool, use pre-set prompts for specific output and demonstrate AI’s capabilities for various business and organizational uses.

Join Jared Ell, Business Ecosystem Navigator for the West Central ISBDC region, as he explains the technology and demonstrates some tactics for using the app.  You can download a free version of Chat GPT at this link:  https://chat.openai.com/auth/login or access Google Bard at this link: https://bard.google.com/

Joanne Tica, Specialty Advisor for Certifications and Contracting, will facilitate this session.  All attendees will receive a handout with three popular prompts that Chat GPT can help you create for your business.

Bring your questions to the open QA at the end of the session.  We also invite each business owner to share your business information (your name, business name, business URL ONLY, please) in the chat.

See you on 1/17 as we launch the 2nd year of our Lunch and Learn series.  Please share the registration link with other Indiana small businesses who may have an interest in this content.

You will receive the link to the Zoom room no later than 24 hours before the event.  If you don’t receive your link, please email Maggie at [email protected] and she will send you an entry link.
