The Northwest Indiana Reinvestment Alliance (NWIRA) is a nonprofit HUD Certified Counseling Agency that provide services in Financial Counseling, Fair Housing and Fair Lending, Affordable Housing and Entrepreneurial and Small Business Training. Under NWIRA\’s Entrepreneurial and Small Business Training, the organization has convened local, regional and federal organizations, small businesses and financial institutions to work together to form an initiative to drive opportunity for diverse women in business, namely \”Diverse Women in Business Initiative\” (DWIBI).  The Diverse Women in Business Initiative is a newly formed collaboration on a mission to build a movement of support for women-owned businesses throughout Northwest Indiana. Whether a woman is looking to start a business, grow a business, or expand their network they can make a difference in their community.
