We are a true commercial kitchen and unique culinary center for small food start ups.

We have the facility for you to run your food business but also help you with all other parts of a start up food business such as permits, certifications, food safety/sanitation and state rules.

The owner is a trained chef/instructor with a background in business & marketing.

We specialize in food start ups, facility build-outs, staff training in food safety & sanitation, product development, packaging, labeling, retail & wholesale.

We also teach Cooking/Baking & Specialty classes to kids & adults.
