Community Investment Fund of Indiana

Provides development services and microenterprise loans up to $50,000 and small business loans up to $250,000 to businesses not eligible for bank financing. Customers can apply online at www.capitalizingIndiana.org.

The Community Investment Fund of Indiana Inc (CIFI) is a certified Community Development Financial Institution that provides development services and loans, to new and existing small businesses. It is a statewide lender assisting businesses located in Indiana. CIFI focuses on historically underserved populations who lack access to bank financing.

  

CIFI has offices in Indianapolis and Hammond Indiana and partners with Lake County Community Economic Development Department (LCCEDD), for special financing for small businesses located in Lake County Indiana.
