About

CWI works focuses on connecting private sector leaders with policy makers from government, education, economic development, labor and community based organizations to develop strategic action plans grounded in both quantitative and qualitative data.  Providing tools and information to work smarter through their data drive and outcome based services such as:

Labor Market and Data Analysis:  CWI’s on site research and data departments always provides the most current figures and profiles when it comes to our region’s labor market and economy.

Workforce and Organization Development: Through staff support of the Northwest Indiana Workforce Board and management of the regional One-Stop (WorkOne) system, CWI can provide cost-saving assistance on a company’s many workforce needs.  In addition, with experience working in over 35 states, CWI’s consulting and project management services work has focused on connecting private sector leaders with policymakers from government, education, economic development, labor and community based organizations.  This strategic approach has allowed them to create customized solutions to meet the needs of the client.

Education, Training and Career Planning:  Considered a partner and resource in education and training communities, CWI supports and delivers services for regional adult education and serves as the managing partner of the READY NWI initiative.
