Innovation is at the heart of the Center’s work. Trained in Creative Problem Solving, professional facilitators use proven tools to help clients clarify challenges, and generate, refine and implement new ideas to solve complicated problems. 

Topics include creative problem solving; innovation tools, myths and roadblocks; breakthrough thinking; strategic planning; resiliency; and workplace issues such as dealing with difficult people, conflict resolution, civility, board governance, bullying and more. Center facilitators lead individual sessions, board and staff retreats, planning workshops, team and focus groups, mediation sessions and more. All programs are informative, practical, simple, solution based, tailor-made, positive, affordable, forward thinking, interactive, experiential and fun!
