About

The Chamber’s role as a membership organization is to support our members and represent them as the voice of business in the community. Advocacy is a key function of the Chamber and continuous conversations with our members provide the input we need to help set our focus. Helping to raise the collective voice of business in support of policies that further enhance the business climate in our city is a fundamental part of what we do. The organization works closely with numerous partners on on economic development initiatives that foster growth in Michigan City and in the region. The Chamber provides premier networking opportunities by creating meaningful events and programming to promote member businesses. These opportunities range from educational programs , ribbon cuttings and grand openings, and special events to advocacy and business networking. In addition to networking, our staff and board are able to provide key resources to businesses and organizations to get them connected in the community.
