and educational institutions that enhance our quality of life by encouraging, embracing, and
promoting cultural diversity and economic opportunity and inclusion throughout Northwest Indiana.
This one of a kind event promotes inclusion and collaboration and provides recognition for “Stellar
Performance in Practicing Diversity.
This year’s keynote speaker is Sue Ellspermann, President of Ivy Tech Community College
