September Lunch & Learn: Tips for Writing an Effective RFP Response for Contracting

September 10 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm CDT

Free

The purpose of an RFP (request for proposal) response is to demonstrate to the client that your company has thoroughly understood their needs and can deliver a solution that meets or exceeds their expectations. Because every RFP response will compete with another company’s proposal, writing a winning proposal is about following the client’s process and positioning your company to stand out from the competition.

In this session, we explain what a response to an RFP is, provide five steps for how to write an effective response, share an example of a well-written response and offer tips to help you write your own response.

Please join us for the learning session and the discussion that follows. This training will serve as an introduction to RFP responses. If there is enough interest in this topic, we hope to provide a more detailed training on responding to RFP’s in the near future.

Share your experiences writing responses to RFP’s with the Zoom room. What have you done to make your responses stand out? What do you wish you knew about RFP responses before you submitted your first response? You can send your suggestions/stories/experiences to [email protected] and we will share them during the training.

You will receive a link to the Zoom meeting about 1-2 days before the event. If you don’t receive a link closer to the day of the event, please contact us by email [email protected]
