Getting your project or small business funded
The need for equitable affordable housing and small business growth in Indiana has never been greater. Unfortunately, it is not enough to just have a great idea for an affordable housing project or small business. You have to have the numbers and capital to back up the idea. This workshop will enhance your skills to analyze your financial position, create pro-formas/ratios for the project, and develop relationships with funders and finance agencies. Access to Financing will enable you to make the case for your idea and justify the need for the project to potential funders as well as “non-finance” partners and colleagues.
